TERINA’S BIO:

Terina is a former Olympic-level gymnast and Olympic level swimmer, as well as a  2-sport collegiate athlete. As a 7-time NCAA All-American Swimmer, she broke more than 15 school or Conference records. She also competed in the USA Olympic trials and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the University of Nevada. 

Combined with her extensive sports background, she has a degree in health ecology, worked as a personal trainer, and has been involved in health, nutrition, and fitness for decades. Terina is a mother of 6, and living overseas with her family off and on, she became passionate about preventative health to keep everyone healthy.

She is passionate about helping others build a healthy, balanced lifestyle so they not only feel great, but have the energy to fully live out their created purpose.
